Full eCommerce: Your customers shop and place orders through your website. You collect payment or deposits online, issue email order confirmations and create reports.

"90% Commerce": Your customers shop and place orders through your website and receive an email confirmation. They can pay at your store, or over the phone. This solution is perfect for business-to-business sales where payment is not made per order, or for our clients who are not ready to accept online payments.

Some of our system's features:

  • Automated Holiday Menus
    Our automated Holiday Menus take the stress out of collecting and fulfilling orders during your busiest times of the year. Streamlining this process can help dramatically reduce errors and increase your profits. This is an investment that can quickly pay for itself.
    • Easily turn Holiday Menus on or off.
    • Turn on or off individual Products at the touch of a button depending on the season or availability.
    • Offer up to six pairs of size and price per Product, and turn on or off any size at any time.
    • Add comments or instruction to Holiday Menus for your customers. For example, to post an ordering deadline, or delivery notice.
    • Sell "packages," or multiple products with one price, allowing your customers to buy things like "Thanksgiving dinner," or "Catering Beef dinner for 8" with one click. When your customers add a package to their shopping cart, all of the individual items are added.
    • Customer Order notes: Customers can give order comments or instructions when placing their order. For example "My son will pick up," or "Ring the side door bell."
    • Customer Product notes: Customers can give each product comments or instructions when placing their order. For example, "No salt," or "Please slice thin."
    • Our System lets you enable or disable with one click the customer product notes for each individual product. You can choose to enable notes for some products, all products or none at all.
  • Control Orders per Hour for Pickup or Delivery
    • You can easily set the number of orders per hour you will accept for each location. Perhaps you're short staffed for a holiday - you may limit orders per hour (for example to 10 orders per hour). If you have extra staff for a holiday, you can increase the number or orders you wish to fill accordingly (for example to 40 orders per hour). This lets you control your staffing and workflow, improving customer satisfaction.
  • Charge Delivery Fee by Zip code
    • Accept orders for delivery only for addresses in zip codes you approve.
    • You can charge a unique delivery fee for each zip code.
    • Delivery orders outside of your approved delivery area can prompt the customer to call you to make special arrangements.
  • Reports
    • Our system makes it easy to produce reports on date ranges, location, orders, or products.
    • Forecast reports can tell you what you're selling and what you have, so you can stock accordingly.
    • Labels Reports allow you to easily label orders for your customers. For example, to help you to identify one customer's turkey out of couple of hundred stocked in your freezer.
  • The History Mass-email System
    • Email customers who have previously placed orders. Thank customers for their order, or invite them to order again during the next holiday season.
  • Automated Press Room and Announcement Board
    • It's simple to add, edit or delete press releases or announcements on your website.
    • Clients may add a picture to a press release, or post an image alone (such as a flyer or brochure).
